The "ASC MTX1600 Series" is an inline controller for plastic extrusion molding that achieves a significant reduction in defect rates and improvements in production technology. A dimensional measuring device is installed between the extruder mold and the cooling sizing, and the dimensional variation is feedback-controlled to the take-off machine by the controller.
